CV parsing, which can be translated as “automatic CV reading”, is a technique that allows you to scan, sort and classify the information of a candidate on an electronic CV. This allows you to highlight the resumes that are most likely to match your needs (based on the keywords contained in the resume)

The “Talent Pool” offers 2 possibilities: a pool of unsourced potential candidates and a pool of unsuccessful candidates with a profile that remains interesting for you.
